Match Attendance Rules:

The ticket holder is obligated to immediately leave the stadium bowl in case of an air raid alert, following the evacuation scheme indicated on the ticket.

The ticket holder bears personal responsibility for failure to comply with evacuation rules during an air raid alert.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

In case of loss or significant damage to the ticket, the ticket holder will not be admitted to the event. Duplicates are not issued, and the ticket price is not refunded.

Ticket refunds by the event organizer are only possible if the event is canceled. A delay in the start of the event or a rescheduling of the event date is not grounds for a refund.

The ticket holder must properly keep the ticket until the end of the event; damage to the ticket may complicate entry. If the ticket holder voluntarily leaves the event, the ticket becomes invalid and is non-refundable.

The administration is not responsible for counterfeit tickets, and claims regarding counterfeit tickets are not considered.

Visitors who violate established rules or do not follow the instructions of official personnel will be required to leave the event without a ticket refund.

Attendance by persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

Entry with strollers, scooters, bicycles, and animals of any size is prohibited.

A valid ID must be presented upon entry!

IMPORTANT! ENTRY TO SECTORS 10–12 IS VIA ENTRANCE #1. ENTRY TO SECTORS 15–16 IS VIA ENTRANCE #2.

Children under 14 – only accompanied by an adult.
Children under 7 – free admission without a seat, accompanied by an adult.
